These terms cover this website, craftedchaoslabs.com, and its Lintel beta list, run by Crafted Chaos Labs of Knoxville, Tennessee (“we”, “us”). By using the site or joining the list you agree to them. The Lintel app has its own terms, which testers accept inside the app.

The beta list

• Joining the list is a request, not a promise. Beta access is limited, we choose who is invited and when, and we may change or end the beta at any time.
• Give us a real email address that is yours. You can leave the list any time by replying to any email from us.
• We use what you give us as described on our Privacy page.

Using the website

Use the site for lawful purposes only. Don't break into it, overload it, scrape it, or use the form to send spam or sign up other people. We may block anyone who does.

Our rights

The site, its text, video, audio, images, and the Lintel and Walt names and designs belong to us. You may view the site for your own use; please don't copy or reuse it without asking.

No warranty, and limits on our liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without promises that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the site, and our total liability for any claim about it is limited to $100. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Everything else

• Law: Tennessee law governs these terms, and disputes go to the state or federal courts in Knox County, Tennessee, unless the law of where you live says otherwise.
• Changes: we may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
