Crafted Chaos Labs (“we”, “us”) is a small software company in Knoxville, Tennessee. This page covers this website, craftedchaoslabs.com, and nothing else: what it collects, why, who else sees it, and how to get it changed or deleted. Questions: hello@craftedchaoslabs.com.

What this website collects

• No tracking cookies, no analytics, no ads. We don't track you across the web or run advertising scripts.
• Request beta access. If you fill in the Lintel card, we keep your email address and, only if you choose to give them, your trade, crew size and state. We use them to tell you when beta access opens and to decide who to invite. We send one confirmation email, and we email you only about Lintel access. We don't sell or rent the list.
• Limits against abuse. To stop bots and floods of sign-ups we keep a one-way scrambled form (a hash) of your internet address for a short time, not the address itself. A Cloudflare Turnstile check may run on the form; Cloudflare sees your browser and address details to decide whether you're a person.
• Chat with Walt. If you chat with Walt on this page, what you type is sent to Anthropic (Claude) to write his replies, and if you tap Hear Walt, his reply is sent to ElevenLabs to be spoken. We don't store the conversation; we keep only counts and the same scrambled address used for limits. Please don't type personal details.

Who else sees it

• Cloudflare serves the site and runs the bot check.
• Supabase stores the sign-up data in our database.
• Resend sends our emails to you.
• Anthropic and ElevenLabs only if you use the Walt chat, as described above.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information if the law requires it, or to protect people from fraud or harm.

How long we keep it

Website sign-ups are kept until you ask us to remove you or we finish the beta.

• Ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you: hello@craftedchaoslabs.com.
• Leave the beta list any time by replying to any email from us.

Children, security and changes

This website is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18. We use encrypted connections, but no service is perfectly secure. If we change this page in a way that matters, we will update the date above.
